Sweet Spot began in 2023 in our vintage caravan, serving great coffee and treats with a passion for hospitality. Proudly using locally roasted beans from the Sutherland Shire, we took our love for coffee and creating memorable moments on the road.

We’ve catered weddings, celebrations, and private functions, and brought our Sweet Spot experience to some incredible events — from concerts and Christmas markets to Easter shows and Bastille Day festivals.

One of our biggest joys has been sharing Dole Whip — the iconic, dairy-free soft serve adored by visitors to Hawaii and Disneyland. For some, it’s a taste of nostalgia; for others, an exciting new treat. Over time, we’ve created fun twists, from pineapple and mango floats combining fruit and juices to adventurous flavours like spicy chamoy mango for those who like a little extra kick.

Now, we’re bringing all that goodness home. With our new fixed location in Gymea, we want to offer our local community everything we’ve perfected on the road — premium coffee, indulgent desserts, and, of course, our famous Dole Whip — all with the same warm, friendly service we’ve become known for.
